“If we want to realize the goal of developing Indonesia, Golden Indonesia, then we have to make sure that the upcoming Regional Head Election on November 27th, 2024, is a success,” says the Head of Presidential Communication Office Hasan Nasbi on Tuesday (8/27/2024).

He notes that he still saw several demonstrations and protests in several cities regarding the political situation surrounding the election. In his response to the phenomenon, he notes that the General Election Commission (KPU) has finally decided to comply with the ruling of the Constitutional Court, as many people demanded.

“The Regional Head Election, which has already begun today, will be held by accommodating the Constitutional Court ruling. KPU Decree Number 10 of 2024 ensures that we will hold the regional elections by accommodating all Constitutional Court decisions," explained Head Hasan.

Furthermore, the Presidential Communication Office also appealed to the public to focus their attention to their own respective region, so that they can determine who is fit to lead the region.
