A total of 38 INP officers won medals at the regional multi-sport event. Beyond police athletes, the INP Chief also honored 101 non-police athletes who delivered standout performances across various disciplines.
He announced that these athletes would be offered the opportunity to join the INP through a proactive recruitment or talent scouting pathway. The scheme allows athletes to continue competing while gradually integrating into the police institution.
Chief Sigit emphasized that the initiative aims to sustain international sporting excellence and inspire athletes to keep flying the Indonesian flag in future global competitions.
