Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) have guaranteed tight security as the Constitutional Court  prepares to issue dismissal rulings on regional election disputes on Tuesday and Wednesday.

"The INP has planned and implemented security measures throughout the Pilkada process, including this crucial stage," said Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, the INP Public Relations Division Head of Public Information Bureau, on Monday (3/2/205)

Security efforts involve coordination with the Indonesian Military (TNI), the election bodies KPU and Bawaslu, and community leaders to maintain peace and order.

The MK’s dismissal ruling determines whether election disputes proceed to trial or are rejected, according to antaranews.com. 

Deputy Chief Justice Saldi Isra expected dismissed cases will enable swift inaugurations of elected officials.

This ruling comes earlier than planned under MK Regulation No. 14/2024, which initially scheduled dismissals for 11 to 13 February 2025.
