Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. Jakarta 1 Indonesian Train (KAI) shows more than 75,000 tickets have been sold for December 22nd and 23rd, 2023, as people aims to celebrate holidays with their loved ones. The Executive Vice President KAI Jakarta 1, Iwan Eka Putra, explains the sold tickets are from the Gambir Train Station and Pasar Senen Train Station. Iwan confirmed that the thousands tickets sold from Gambir Station and Pasar Senen Station are majorly for the departure of December 22nd and 23rd. According to KAI data, around those date, the occupancy volume level for passengers have reached 50 to 60 percent with the highest passenger volume on December 21st, 2023. "A number of favorite destinations include Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Purwokerto, Kutoarjo, Semarang, Tegal, Solo and Bandung," he concluded. (ad/ek/pr/nm)
