The ticket sales locations include the Trans Sumatran Road (Jalinsum) and the Trans Sumatran Toll Road (JTTS). On the Sumatran highway, the ticket sales are in Rumah Makan Siang Malam, Penengahan South Lampung and Rumah Makan Tiga Saudara, Ketapang South Lampung, and Raja Alam Restaurant. "At JTTS there are assistant officers who immediately give directions to travelers who wants to buy tickets of ferry, the public should not be worried anymore. They are in the rest areas of KM 49, KM 87 B, and KM 20B," stated Kapolda Lampung.
