Medan Police Uncover Five Unidentified Bodies at UNPRI Campus

Inp.polri.go.id - Medan. The Criminal Investigation Unit of Medan Sub-Regional City Police uncovered five unidentified bodies during a search operation at Prima Indonesia University (UNPRI) in Medan. Police Assistant Superintendent Teuku Fathir Mustafa, the Head of the Medan Sub-Regional City Police's Criminal Investigation Unit, disclosed on Tuesday (12/12/23), "From the search, the preliminary findings indicate the discovery of five bodies, consisting of four males and one female." He added that the police are currently awaiting clarification from UNPRI authorities regarding the presence of six bodies concealed on the 15th floor. "All five bodies were located in a single room on the 15th floor, and we are actively investigating the circumstances," he affirmed. The incident captured public attention after a video depicting the alleged discovery of two bodies submerged in a water tub at UNPRI went viral on social media on Sunday (12/23).
