Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning conveys the electronic certificate service has issued 891,939 e-certificate by the mid-September.
"Currently there are 455 Land Offices that run electronic land services. And the electronic certificates that we have issued so far are 891,939," said Secretary General of Agrarian and Spatial Planning Ministry, Suyus Windayana, om Monday (9/16/2024).
An e-land certificate is a certificate issued through an electronic system whose physical and legal data has been stored in the Electronic Land Book or BT-El. Upon receiving the certificate, the public also still receives an electronic land certificate in physical form, namely 1 sheet of paper that has special specifications in the form of security paper and a certified electronic signature.
Suyus conveys that the progress of land registration has reached 117 million land spaces from the total of 126 million across Indonesia. The ministry itself has aimed that 120 million land spaces are registered by the end of 2024 and all land spaces are registered in 2025.
Regarding the spike of land registration, Suyus says this enforced the government to fully shift their service operations from manual to electronic.
"Obviously this makes us unable to manage the operation manually again. Moreover this is also in line with the directions of President Joko Widodo to implement the digital service," explains Suyus.
Meanwhile, for digital land service implementation, Suyus reveals that Minister Agus continue to stressed about security system mangement to ensure good service for the public.
