inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Police assure that they will continue the investigation on the death of Medanese woman, ENS (30), who died after liposuction surgery at the beauty clinic in the Beji area, Depok City, even though they have not received a report from the victim's family.

He explains even if the family did not report the case, police can still launch the investigation if a malpractice was proven to have occurred at the beauty clinic.

According to him, his party has visited the location and examined several witnesses along with piecing evidence for the case investigation.

“Our next step is that after we completed the police report, we will begin our investigation and will review various aspects from legality of the place, doctor's certification, people who were there, witnesses who knew when the victim went to the clinic, witnesses who knew the victim was there, and witnesses who were the time of the incident. We will also ask the Regional Health Department to see if they have released permits for the beauty clinic,” explains Arya.
