The Indonesian National Police (INP) Anti-corruption Task Force named two people as suspects in the alleged corruption case of the PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) XI project. The alleged corruption is related to the development and modernization project of the Djatiroto Sugar Factory PTPN XI integrated with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) in 2016.
Head of the Anti-corruption Corps, Inspector General Cahyono Wibowo, explained that the two suspects were former President Director of PTPN XI Dolly Pulungan and former PTPN XI Director of Planning and Business Development Aris Toharisman.
"I am quite sure we have identified two suspects in this case. First is Dolly Pulungan and the other is Aris Toharisman," he explained on Wednesday (3/19/2025).
Police identified the suspects following a search of the Hutama Karya (HK) Tower Building in Cawang, East Jakarta on Thursday (2/20/25). From the search, several documents related to the case were confiscated.
"The number of witnesses examined was 55 witnesses and four experts," he said.
