The Head Ops of North Sumatra Regional Police, Senior Superintendent Victor Togi Tambunan leads the training for security and escort of vital objects during the Mantap Praja Toba Operation activity on Tuesday (8/27/2024). The activity was held in Catur Prasetya Hall of North Sumatra Regional Police HQ.

Victor says the activity is part of police preparation ahead of 2024 Regional Head Election and saw that it is important to ensure its success.

All participants are trained to understand the security strategy, escort techniques, and special security protocols for vital objects including the regional head candidates,

The Head of North Sumatra Regional Police Public Relations Division, Senior Superintendent Hadi Wahyudi emphasized “the importance of good preparation and coordination with all parties are required to maintain a conducive situation ahead of the election”.

The training session ended with Q&A sessions and field simulations designed to test participants' skills in real situations.
