"In addition, from the perpetrator's statement, it is known that the perpetrator has been managing the business since 2019," said the Kupang City Police Chief For his actions, suspect AA was charged with Article 55 of Law Number 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas with a penalty of six years in prison and a maximum fine of Rp. 60 billion.
