Ade explains that the victim has shown the proof of receipt, cooperation agreement, to warnings when making a report. The fictitious investment was allegedly carried out by AAACD and SFSS.

“This case will use the basis of Article 378 and/or Article 372 of the Criminal Code," said the Head of Metro Jaya Regional Police Public Relations.
