inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto received seven Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of friendly countries at the Merdeka Palace.
The new ambassadors were officially received with a short state ceremony in the Palace courtyard. Before entering the room, the Paspampres Music Corps first played the national anthem of the country concerned.
Upon entering the Palace room, the ambassadors were directed to submit their credentials to President Prabowo. Among them were Marc Gerritsen from the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Roberto Sarmento de Oliveira Soares from the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste.
Then Martin Makururu (Republic of Zimbabwe), Oybek Eshonov (Republic of Uzbekistan), and Wang Lutong (People's Republic of China). As well as Abdelouahab Osmane (People's Democratic Republic of Algeria) and Enkhtaivan Dashnyam (Mongolia).
The seven new ambassadors met directly with President Prabowo in the Garuda Room of the Merdeka Palace. On that occasion, the Head of State was accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs (Menlu), Sugiono.
