The Profession and Security Division (Bidpropam) Supervisory Officer (Pawas), the Banten Provincial Police (Polda Banten) personnel, and the Supervisory Intermediate Officer (Pamenwas) inspected Polda Banten Detention Center on Friday (11/3/22). The inspection were carried out by Pawas Bidpropam Polda Banten, Ipda Wan Hendra, and Pamenwas Polda Banten, AKBP H Zaenal Arifin. Head of Propam Polda Banten Commissioner Yudho Hermanto said that the monitoring of Polda Banten detention center is one of Bidpropam's duties. "To ensure that there are no violations at the Polda Banten Detention Center, the Provos Subbid Pawas personnel carry out their daily inspection," stated the Head of Propam Polda Banten. The monitoring includes inspecting the personnel who guard the detention, the condition of prisoners, and also the equipment used. "The condition of the Banten Police detention center is good, all personnel are present and the detainees are in good health," explained the Head of Propam Polda Banten Lastly, the Head of Propam Polda Banten said that apart from conducting an inspection, he also give an appeal not to be noisy and to follow the applicable rules. "We give an appeal to prisoners not to make a fuss with fellow prisoners and always follow the existing rules," he explained.
