inp.polri.go.id – The Traffic Directorate of the South Sulawesi Police has enforced the use of the white Vehicle Plate Number. The use of the new plate numbers is intended for new four wheeled vehicles or more and has been in effect since Monday, October 10, 2022 and is valid throughout the province of South Sulawesi. According to the Head of the Sub-directorate of Registration and Identification of the Traffic Directorate of the South Sulawesi Police, AKBP Restu Widjayanto, confirmed that the use of the white plate number is currently only intended for new four-wheeled vehicles (cars). It was explained, in Article. 45 (1&2) of Police Chief Regulation No. 7 of 2021 concerning the application of white plate numbers will be used for personal, legal entities, representatives of foreign countries, and international agencies vehicles.
