inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The National Commission on Disabilities awarded a charter to the Indonesian National Police (INP) for their proactive recruitment policy for people with disabilities. The National Commission on Disabilities assessed that INP had implemented an inclusive and humanist policy.

“We from The National Commission on Disabilities awarded INP for the efforts made in proactive police recruitment for people with disabilities. From that, you can see our highlights that underline our appreciation to INP," said the Chairperson of the National Commission on Disabilities, Dante Rigmalia, after attending the Closing of the INP HR and Civil Servant Coordination Meeting at the Borobudur Hotel, Central Jakarta on Wednesday (10/16/2024).

Dante said that INP also provides decent accommodation for people with disabilities during the registration process to education and training.

"INP also provides decent accommodation for applicants with disabilities. During the education and training process, INP also pays attention to the people with disabilities through their decent accommodation," said Dante.

Dante is grateful that the Police do not only accept people with disabilities, but also preparing plan related to human resource (HR) development

"Furthermore, we also see the planning of recruitment results for people with disabilities from INP by looking at the potential of people with disabilities," she said.
