Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian Military (TNI) has prepared extensive medical and engineering equipment to be deployed to Gaza alongside 20,000 peacekeeping personnel, pending approval from the Indonesian government and the United Nations.
The deployment would include military medical teams, construction engineers, and humanitarian support units.
“We have prepared field hospital facilities, emergency medical equipment, ambulances, clean water and sanitation systems, as well as engineering capabilities including heavy machinery and reconstruction tools,” said TNI spokesperson Maj. Gen. Freddy Ardianzah on Saturday (15/11/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com
He explained that the personnel selected already have experience in international peacekeeping missions and will undergo additional training to finalize preparations. The medical units are intended to treat civilians affected by the conflict, while engineering units will support the rebuilding of public facilities.
