Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. United States of America's Foreign Minister Antony Blinken congratulates Indonesia for the 79th Independence Day.

"As the representative of the US, I congratulate Indonesia for your Independence Day," says Foreign Minister Blinken in USA Foreign Ministry official statement on Saturday (8/17/2024).

Blinken gave his best wishes to Indonesian on its Independence Day.

Along with the 75th years of bilateral relationship between Indonesia and US, the two states will continue to move together for democracy, respecting law supremacy, and friendships between its community.

Blinken also congratulates Minister of Defence Prabowo Subianto as he is elected to be the Indonesian next president. He hopes Indonesia and US could strengthen their relationship through various collaboration, including nurturing peace and security in Indo-Pacific.

"USA will continue to work together with Indonesia to push stability and prosperity in Indo-Pacific," said Blinken.
