inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) arrested one online gambling suspect who has been listed in the wanted list.

The Director of INP Cyber Criminal Investigation Directorate, Brigadier General Himawan Bayu Aji explains that the fugitive is arrested in the Philippines. However the police are not yet able to disclose the identity of the suspect.

“Yes we have arrested a fugitive,” confirmed Himawan.

According to Himawan, the fugitive will arrive in Indonesia on Thursday night at 23.00 pm. The fugitive is part of an online gambling operator that was uncovered by the police months ago.

“Yes, he is part of the W88 online gambling operators,” explained Himawan.
