Inp.polri.go.id - Kupang. East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Daniel Tahi Monang Silitonga highlighted the importance of performance audits as a tool for evaluation and providing solutions to enhance the Indonesian National Police (INP)’s performance. 

During the opening of the second phase of the 2024 Performance Audit by the NTT Regional Inspectorate at the East Nusa Tenggara Police Headquarters on Monday (23/9/24), he highlighted the strategic role of performance audits in promoting good governance and preventing potential state losses.

“I hope this audit serves as an evaluation and consultation tool that offers solutions to improve Polri’s performance while avoiding potential state losses,” said Chief Daniel..

He explained that through audits, the INP can quickly identify weaknesses in the system and correct them effectively. It will help the INP continuously improve its services to the public and maintain integrity in financial management and operations.

The audit is part of internal supervision of the INP’s resource management and responsibilities not only to uncover issues but also to provide valuable recommendations for performance improvement within East Nusa Tenggara Police ranks.

The event was attended by East Nusa Tenggara Police Deputy Chief  Brigadier General Awi Setiyono and other key officials.
