Inp.polri.go.id - Denpasar. Bali Regional Police Chief Inspector General Daniel Adityajaya has dismissed nine police officers involved in various crimes, including violence, sexual assault, fraud, theft, drug abuse, and adultery.
Bali Police Head of Public Relations Senior Superintendent Jansen Avitus Panjaitan announced on Wednesday (11/9/2024) that the officers, who served in different ranks across Bali Police, sub-regional Police, and police offices, were officially dismissed during a ceremony on Monday.
The majority of the dismissed officers were involved in drug-related offenses. However, specific details about their roles and legal proceedings were not disclosed, according to antaranews.com.
Among those dismissed were officers with the rank of Senior Brigadier, and cases ranged from sexual assault to theft and adultery.
These dismissals are part of the Bali Police’s effort to maintain discipline and accountability within its ranks, said Chief Jensen.
