Bali Police Invites Locals and Tourists to Jointly Succeed AIS Forum Summit

Inp.polri.go.id – Bali. Bali Police implores the community to jointly put their effort in succeeding Archipelagic and Island State (AIS) Forum Summit that will be held on October 10th-11th. The summit has invited 51 state participants with 8 head of states, including Indonesian President Joko Widodo, confirmed to attend the summit. The summit will discuss global maritime issues and will raise the theme of “Fostering Collaboration, Enabling Innovation for Our Ocean and Our Future”. The Chief Police of Bali Police Public Relations, Grand Commissioner Jansen Avitus Panjaitan invites Bali community to participate in succeeding the event and maintain the security of the region. “To all people and tourist who is on vacation in Bali, particularly those around Denpasar, Badung, to Gianyar, if you find any trouble in traffic, we apologize and asked for your understanding because that might be because of our preparation in securing AIS Forum Summit,” said Jansen on Thursday (10/5/2023). With the amazing track records of Indonesia in hosting international events, it is expected that Indonesia could pull this off once again. “Let us support and succeed the 2023 AIS Forum Summit by maintaining security situations In Bali because the success of this event would definitely impact our tourism sector and would attract more tourist to come to our beloved Bali,” says the Bali Police Public Relations Chief.
