Inp.polri.go.id - Bandarlampung. Bandarlampung Sub-regional Police have uncovered a home-based drug lab producing synthetic tobacco, operating out of a rented room in the city for the past four months.
“This case began with an investigation that led to the arrest of the suspect, who acted as both the producer and courier,” said Bandarlampung Police Chief Senior Superintendent Alfret Jacob Tilukay on Saturday (28/6/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com..
The suspect, identified as MR, a resident of Tangerang, Banten, was allegedly ordered by a dealer known as "G" in Jakarta to produce and distribute synthetic tobacco and liquid narcotics in Lampung. The suspect received raw materials and instructions directly from the dealer, who is still at large.
Police seized 278.31 grams of synthetic tobacco, 240 ml of liquid synthetic narcotics, various drug-making tools, ecstasy pills, and other controlled substances.
