And there has been no claim of victory for one of the Cakades until the committee issues an official decision on determining the winner of the Village Head election," he said. "Therefore, the Village Head Candidates and their supporters must not mobilize their supporters in convoys of vehicles because they can provoke the masses of other candidates. And the masses are also prohibited from congregating in the homes of the candidate for village head because Tangerang is still Community Activity Restriction Enforcement Level 3," he added. The Head of Public Relations added that if a Village Head Colon was caught convoying and crowding the candidate's house, legal action would be taken on health protocols in Law No. 4 of 1984 concerning Infectious Disease Outbreaks and Law no. 6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine. He also explained that the Village Head Election of Tangerang Regency is a pioneer in Indonesia and will be used as a reference for Village Head Election in other regions. “And the Village Head Election in the jurisdiction of the Banten Regional Police will be a pioneer for other areas. For that we Banten Regional Police are very serious in implementing this security so that it runs successfully. Moreover, the Banten Regional Police Chief and the Deputy Police Chief along with the entire Banten Regional Police's High-Rank Executives have stepped down as Pamatwali, this is proof that we are very serious about the success of this simultaneous Village Head Election," said Shinto Silitonga. Finally, the Head of Public Relations added that in the implementation of this simultaneous Village Head Election, almost all Scholastic Potential Test had vaccination booths. "And to support the acceleration of vaccination, the committee also organizes vaccination activities at each polling station, this is done as an effort to deal with Covid-19.
