inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The police denied information that there was physical contact during the land dispute execution of the house of Risich Hanif, who is the son of the former Minister of Public Works. The execution itself was carried out by the South Jakarta District Court.

During the land dispute execution, Rasich Hanif died while being rushed to the hospital.

"The information is not true because we have the complete video recording," said the South Jakarta Sub-regional Metro Police Chief, Senior Superintendent Ade Rachmat Idnal when confirmed by reporters on Monday (9/16/24).

According to the Police Chief, his party provided assistance during the execution process. Therefore, he can assure that there was no physical contact between officials and the victim before his death.

"In fact, our members helped him when he was short of breath, because the person concerned did have a history of heart disease," he said.
