Inp.polri.go.id – Central Java. Central Java Regional Police deploys aid for flood and landslide victims in Semarang which occurred since Wednesday (3/13/2024). The flood even halted trains from crossing and caused several train departures schedules to be cancelled. “We deploy our personnel and rubber boat to help the evacuation process of people affected by the flood. We have also deployed our medical team,” said the Central Java Regional Police PR Chief, Senior Superintendent Satake Bayu on Thursday (3/14/2024). According to him, his party has deployed mobile brigade personnel, a platoon of uniformed regular police corps, and a team of Marine and Air Police to evacuate the people. On the other hand, Central Java Regional Police has also built temporary evacuation tent and public kitchen for the people. “This morning, we move the kitchen to Pedurungan and Kali Gawe,” says Bayu.
