“What’s important from this is human resource investment as the needs for talents skilled in cyber security is significant,” says Minister of Communication and Information Budi Arie Setiadi on Thursday (9/12/2024).
This initiative will also push and honing Indonesia's cybersecurity capabilities for both existing professionals and new talents. This is expected to increase the number of specialists in the field of cybersecurity.
The training provided will hone essential skills needed in today's digital economy, such as how to inventory devices, master software updates and online security, protection against phishing and malware attacks, and secure business data with backups.
"The beneficiaries of this training will not only stop at the basic level, but also access modules at a higher level or with more specific themes," added the Minister of Communication and Information.
