Inp.polri.go.id - Denpasar.  The Denpasar Police Narcotics Investigation Unit has arrested and detained an American citizen identified as GDS, 45, for allegedly distributing ecstasy. Denpasar City Police Chief Police Senior Superintendent Bambang Yugo Pamungkas said the perpetrator was arrested  on Monday  at around 6 pm at the villa where he was staying located in Kerobokan Kelod Village, North Kuta District, Badung Regency, antaranews.com reported. The narcotics team led by the head of the Denpasar Police Narcotics Unit Assistant Superintendent Mirza Gunawan, conducted an investigation and surveillance until the perpetrator was finally secured by officers. "The suspect  admitted that the goods belonged to him and that he had received them from someone he called the boss," said  Chief Bambang on Tuesday (28/11/2023) The  police seized dozens of ecstasy grains, white powder, empty capsules, eight boxes of white powder suspected to be ketamine with a net weight of 65.26 grams, two plastic clips of white powder suspected to be MDMA weighing 7.56 grams, three boxes of 30 orange and pink tablets each, two glass bottles of brown powder with a net weight of 5.76 grams each, and 21 boxes of 210 milliliters of ketamine liquid.
