inp.polri.go.id - Balikpapan. Mobile Brigade Unit of East Kalimantan Regional Police and ranks held personnel, tactical vehicle, and equipment gathering to prepare for the 79th Independence Day Ceremony in Nusantara Capital City (IKN).

The activity was led by the Commander Battalion Pelopor A of East Kalimantan Regional Police Mobile Brigade Unit, Police Assistant Superintendent Iwan Pamuji.

Iwan says that the gathering is the Final Check to ensure the security preparation for the August 17th, 2024 ceremony. Iwan also asked all mobile brigade personnel to understand their duties and responsibilities ahead of the ceremony.

“All personnel must be ready to secure the 79th Indonesian Independence Day celebration in IKN, particularly in securing the visit of the state's guest,” Iwan urges.

Iwan also urges the people of East Kalimantan to also maintain conducive situation during the event.
