Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa on Wednesday (15/10/2025) introduced a new public complaint service called “Lapor Pak Purbaya” (literally Report Mr. Purabaya), allowing citizens to report tax and customs-related issues directly via WhatsApp at +62 822 4040 6600.

“As I promised earlier, if people have complaints about tax or customs officers, they can simply ‘Lapor Pak Purbaya’ through this number,” he said. “This is for anyone who encounters misconduct or irregularities in tax or customs services.”

The service, now officially active, will be managed by a special team at the Finance Ministry. Reports will be reviewed and validated before any follow-up actions are taken to ensure fairness and accuracy, as reported by antaranews.com.

Minister Purbaya said the initiative aims to boost public trust in tax and customs institutions by making complaint handling more transparent, accountable, and accessible.
