Jakarta Metro Jaya Regional Police investigators confirmed that suspect Firli Bahuri arrived at the Criminal Investigation Agency of the Indonesian National Police's building in Jakarta earlier than his scheduled  9 am questioning. Police Senior Superintendent Ade Safri Simanjuntak, Metro Jaya Police's Director of Special Criminal Investigation, explained that the questioning pertains to allegations of gratification and corruption involving ex-minister Syahrul Yasin Limpo . He explained that the session aimed to finalize the case files and is not confrontational, following the instructions of the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office. "The questioning is solely focused on the suspect, aiming to gather additional information. It is a crucial step in fulfilling the material instructions outlined in the P19 directive from the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office," Chief Ade Safri said. (ar/ay/hn/nm)
