However, he regretted that TGIPF did not highlight the pitch invasion incident by Arema supporters as that was the triggering moment of the incident at Malang's Kanjuruhan Stadium. The Kanjuruhan tragedy began with some supporters invading the football field to meet the Arema FC players, because of their disappointment in the defeat of Arema FC by Persebaya. In football terms, this is called "pitch invasion." “TGIPF has given good recommendations. However, unfortunately the beginning of the "pitch invasion" incident was not mentioned by Mahfud MD and his team. Their attention is more to the police," said Rossi TGIPF's recommendation regarding the demands of the PSSI General Chair and all members of the PSSI Executive Committee (Exco) to step down and immediately hold an Extraordinary Congress (KLB), is correct. However, in fact, Rossi still doubted the outcome of the KLB. Rossi suspects, the results of the KLB will only decide the replacement of the PSSI General Chair. In fact, Indonesian football's problem and cancers has been always come from members of the PSSI Exco. "It's just that the current KLB is only to bring down the General Chairperson of PSSI. For us, the root problems of the Indonesian football are not coming only from the chairperson of PSSI, but also in the management, from Exco PSSI," said Rossi. "How come is it not? Based on that analysis, the most appropriate step to improve the quality of Indonesian football is to eliminate the current entire management of PSSI.
