The Director General of Primary and Community Health of the Ministry of Health, Maria Endang Sumiwi, said this in response to questions from media crews about the implementation of PKG in homecoming destination cities, considering the approaching month of Ramadan.

"Because you will have the opportunity to use it once every 30 days," said Director General Maria on Saturday (2/8/2025).

The month of Ramadan 1446 Hijriah is estimated to be in March 2025. Director General Maria said that those who have birthdays during that period may participate in PKG until April. In addition, she said, those who have birthdays in January-March may participate in PKG until April.

Maria also explained that to ensure that PKG services run in health centers, in the initial stage, her party has set a maximum quota of 30 people for one health center, which can be obtained through digital registration.

This figure, she said, can be increased based on the results of the evaluation and the capacity of the health facilities that serve.
