Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo congratulated the Indonesian Navy on its 79th anniversary during a ceremony held aboard KRI Radjiman Widyodiningrat-992 ship on Tuesday 10/9/2024)

The event was led by Armed Forces Commander General Agus Subiyanto, with this year’s theme, "With the Spirit of Jalesveva Jayamahe, the Navy is Ready to Create a New Archipelago for a Progressive Indonesia."

Chief Sigit praised the Navy’s professionalism and collaboration with the police in facing national challenges, aiming toward the Vision of Indonesia 2045.

The celebration featured air demonstrations by the Navy's Rajawali Laut Flight (RaLF), hostage rescue simulations by special forces, and a "Sailing Pass" involving 33 warships, including the legendary KRI Dewa Ruci ship. Various vessels from the police, Customs and Excise Office, and the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency also participated in the display.

In addition to the naval fleet, submarines and aircraft from the Naval Aviation Center were showcased during the event.
