Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. KedaiKOPI's survey revealed on Sunday (28/4/2024) the result of its survey finding that a majority of respondents, aged 17-55, were satisfied with the Indonesian National Police (INP)'s traffic management during the 2024 holiday. 

The police employed strategies such as one-way systems and contraflows to ensure smooth travel, earning the approval of 60.1% of respondents.

Over 80% praised the performance of traffic police (polantas) in securing and facilitating the Exodus flow. Specifically, 84.1% appreciated their role in maintaining security, while 82.5% were satisfied with efforts to ensure smooth traffic flow.

Ashma Nur Afifah, KedaiKOPI's Research Manager, emphasized the significance of public satisfaction, attributing it to the police's role in maintaining this year's Eid holiday. 

Despite several incidents resulting from road regulations, the public appreciated the police's efforts.

The survey also highlighted satisfaction with traffic signs (79.8%), health service posts (68.2%), and emergency services (61.2%).
