Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The General Criminal Investigation of Metro Jaya Regional Police arrested a murderer with the initials of NYP (28). He was arrested on Thursday, April 18th, 2024 at 05.00 am at Guguak, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra.

Police discover that NYP has murdered a woman with the initials of RT (35). According to the Head of Metro Jaya Regional Police Public Relations Division, NYP is the customer of his victim.

“Now he has been secured by our unit,” said Metro Jaya Regional Police Public Relations Division Chief, Senior Superintendent Ade Ary Syam Indradi.

The tragic incident occurred on Saturday, April 13th, 2024 at around 16.30 pm. The body of the victim was found in Pari Island Ujung Pier. The victim was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, gray jeans, and butterfly earrings.

Half of her body was wrapped in an AC box and wrapped with duct tape. Her neck was also wrapped with white tape. From the initial investigation, police has already suspected that she was murdered.

As of now, police are still investigating the case and have not concluded the chronology behind the murder.
