Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. Ministry of Manpower Ida Fauziyah will soon publish a circular letter regarding the payment of Religious Holiday Allowances (THR) of 2024. The circular will contain an appeal and guidance for companies in giving the allowances to their employees. Ida highlights that the allowance would help ease the burden of costs of employee and their family in celebrating Eid al-Fitr 1445 Hijriah. Moreover, the allowance would also help employees to meet their daily needs as usually the food prices in Ramadan and ahead Eid Al-Fitr would increase. “For workers and employees, the allowance would help ease their burden of costs in meeting the daily needs of workers and their family ahead holidays,” says Minister Ida. Furthermore, Ida explains that the government, on this case the Manpower Ministry, gave a legal basis as the guidance for all companies in paying the allowance. The legal basis was realized through circles which will soon be published to reinforce the allowance payment. (ad/inp/pr/nm)
