The East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Regional Police Chief Inspector General Daniel Tahi Monang Silitonga warmly welcomes the visit of Provincial National Narcotics Agency (BNNP) Chairperson Brigadier General Riki Yanuari at NTT Regional Police HQ on Wednesday (1/10/2024). The visit marks the first official event for the new appointed police chief and demonstrates spirit in collaboration and cooperation between the two law enforcement institutions. Daniel emphasized the importance of cross-sectoral cooperation in maintaining security and order in the NTT. “This visit marks the first step in further strengthening our chemistry in combatting drug flows while maintaining region stability,” says Daniel. On the other hand, Riki positively responded the initiative of NTT Regional Police Chief in strengthening their collaboration. “We are committed to cooperate and support NTT Regional Police effort in eradicating drugs flow. A good collaboration would definitely help us in achieving mutual interest,” Riki said. Both officials hope that the visit would become the strong foundation for them in bringing prosperity to NTT.
