Inp.polri.go.id - Banda Aceh. The Gayo Lues Sub-regional Police Narcotics Investigation Unit confiscated 190 kilograms of dry marijuana and arrested a suspect in Palok Village, Blangkejeren Subdistrict. 

Gayo Lues Police Chief of Narcotics Investigation Senior Inspector Yasir Arafat said that the suspect, identified as RML alias LAN (38), has admitted to transporting the drugs. 

This operation stemmed from reports of suspicious activity in the area. 

Police officers noticed seven men carrying seven suspicious white sacks, leading to a pursuit and the capture of RML at 5 pm on Wednesday..

Chief Yasir revealed that the marijuana, believed to be ordered by someone named Syukri, was seized along with seven white sacks containing 190 kilograms of dry marijuana wrapped in black plastic. 

Further investigations are underway.
