inp.polri.go.id - Pekanbaru.  Ahead of the Regional Head Election in Riau, the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate of Riau Regional Police held a cooling system program with the All Riau Student Executive Board Alliance (BEM SRI) on Friday (9/20/2024).

The Director of the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate, Senior Superintendent Asep Darmawan explains that the activity is part of a cooling system program for the upcoming Regional Head Election.

“We gather you here because we want to build a stronger relationship between college students and the police,” says Asep.

Police also invites the college students to jointly create a conducive and peaceful situation ahead of and during the election in Riau.

Furthermore, Asep encourages the alliance to also voice their aspirations peacefully, without having to resort to anarchy or violate any laws, so that the situation in the province remains calm.

“We also invite you to help the government in educating the public to not abstain and welcome this democratic festives with joy,” concludes Asep.
