inp.polri.go.id -  National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo inspects the Mobile Brigade Command Post at Pura Geger Bali to prepare the security for the G20 Summit in Bali, Saturday (11/12). In this review, the National Police Chief stated his proud to his members who are ready to carry out security for the G20 Summit. "As the president said, we may not be doing this kind of security even in the next 20 years. Therefore, those of you who are chosen to be here should have been proud and now it is your duty to carry out the tasks as well as possible," he explained. The National Police Chief also checked the readiness of his personnel and the equipment, starting from riots equipment to natural disasters equipment. The National Police Chief also reviews equipment to handle the issues of bomb threat and also radioactive chemicals, such as detection equipment, evacuation equipment, and also the defuser. The former Head of National Police Criminal Investigation Unit also said that apart from inspecting the troops, he also checked the route that will be passed by the delegation or VVIP guests to the venue and its accommodation. In total there are four posts in four venues which have been prepared to secure the G20 Summit. "With the time that we have left, we have prepared everything to its optimal, especially in our contingencies, because we have already made a studied about what the threats are so that we are ready in facing it, if that ever happened," he explained. "I think this is an optimism that the Indonesian army and the police is ready to carry out their duties to secure the G20 Summit," concluded the Indonesian National Police Chief.
