Inp.polri.go.id - Padang. Ensuring the preparation of national strategic infrastructure, the West Sumatra Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Suharyono directly observed the Padang-Sicincin toll road construction project.

Accompanied by Regional Leadership Coordination Forum and other related parties, Suharyono expressed his satisfaction with the progress of the toll road construction.

"The condition of the toll road is very good as this is a symbol of pride for us," he said.

However, Suharyoni noted that although in general the condition of the toll road is very good, it must be equipped with supporting facilities such as traffic signs.

"The installation of signs will be carried out as soon as possible by the management to ensure the safety of road users," he said.

According to Suharyono, the existence of the Padang-Sicincin toll road will have a significant positive impact on the West Sumatra economy.

"This toll road will improve connectivity and accelerate the mobility of goods and services," he said.

Suharyono noted that this review is one of the initial checking stages before the toll road is operated.

"We will continue the evaluation to ensure all aspects are ready," he added.
