Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) reported a significant increase in traffic volume towards Jakarta. On Monday (24/4/23), 73.010 vehicles returned to Jakarta from their hometowns via the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate, while outbound traffic from Jakarta through the same toll gate amounted to 36.340 vehicles.

“The outbound traffic volume from Jakarta through the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate was 36.340 vehicles,” said the Head of Public Affairs of INP Police Senior Superintendent Nurul Azizah during a press conference on Tuesday (25/4/23).

Meanwhile, the Kalihurip Utama Toll Gate witnessed 58.160 vehicles entering Jakarta, while 45.257 vehicles left towards Bandung. At the Cikupa Toll Gate, 48.902 vehicles entered Jakarta, and 45.416 vehicles left towards Merak.

The Ciawi Toll Gate saw a significant number of vehicles as well. “The traffic volume leaving Jakarta through the Ciawi Toll Gate (towards Puncak) was 35.545 vehicles, while the number of vehicles entering Jakarta through the Ciawi Toll Gate was 42.254,” she explained.
