Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency , Nusron Wahid, confirmed that a 30.16-kilometer sea fence in Tangerang, Banten, is registered with Rights to Build, known as HGB, and Ownership Rights, known as  SHM, certificates.

“There are valid certificates for the sea fence area, as reported on social media,” he said during a press conference on Monday (20/1/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com.

Minister Nusron revealed 263 HGB certificates issued: 234 for PT Intan Agung Makmur, 20 for PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa, and nine for individualss. An additional 17 parcels are registered under SHM certificates.

The certificates were verified through the ministry’s Bhumi application, confirming the area is in Kohot Village, Pakuaji District, Tangerang.

As manyas  600 Navy personnel and local fishermen removed parts of the sea fence, which had sparked controversy and public attention.
