Yusef Eka Darmawan, the Branch Manager of BPJS Health in Tarakan, emphasized BPJS Health dedication to facilitating JKN participants' access to essential healthcare services. This commitment is based on BPJS Health's principle of portability, ensuring easy, fast, and equal access to healthcare for JKN participants across Indonesia, as reported by antaranews.com. Even participants outside their registered First Level Health Facility (FKTP) area can access outpatient services at other FKTPs up to three times a month, Yusef said. To enhance accessibility, BPJS Health offers various service channels, including on-duty services at branch offices and non-face-to-face services via WhatsApp (PANDAWA), available from 8 to 12 am. Services encompass information, administrative assistance, and complaint resolution for JKN participants. In addition, participants can utilize the JKN Mobile Application for administrative needs.
