The Indonesian National Police (INP) conducted an analysis and evaluation (anev) of the Quick Wins Presisi program for Q2 2023 at the Presisi Command Post on Tuesday (13/6/2023). Inspector General Sandi Nugroho, the Head of the Public Relations (PR) Division of INP, highlighted that the anev was directly led by Commissioner General Gatot Eddy Pramono, the Vice Chief of INP.
During the anev meeting, he emphasized the vice chief's focus on the significance of maintaining a "cooling system" leading up to the 2024 General Elections.
Moreover, the vice chief, he said, emphasized the crucial role of the PR Division of INP in promoting and highlighting the police's diligent efforts. He also stated that the vice chief urged all units and regional police chiefs to maintain constant supervision and ensure zero tolerance for any misconduct among their personnel.
"Emphasize the importance of cultivating police officers with integrity and simplicity. Continuously remind all members of the Indonesian National Police about their obligation to maintain neutrality during the 2024 General Elections," he said.
Regarding the implementation of Quick Wins Presisi, the vice chief urged for its optimal execution to avoid any technical hindrances involving operators or personnel, he said.
"The implementation of activities by Bhabinkamtibmas (community policing officers) that are integrated with the Police RW (neighbourhood police) program should take the forefront of the INP's presence in the community," he emphasized.
He noted that the vice chief also urged the police ranks to prioritize the preservation of public security and order by maximizing patrols aimed at addressing conventional crimes.
"The police are directed to promptly respond to reports and complaints that disturb the community," he said.
Finally, the he said that the vice chief mandated the continuous enhancement of practical police services, such as the 110 call center, Presisi superapps, Signal, online police certificate application (SKCK), SINAR, and others.
"Provide the finest services to encourage public utilization of the service applications," he concluded.
