Inp.polri.go.id - Demak. The Demak-Kudus North Coast route in Central Java has now been fully operational  on Tuesday (26/3/2024) following recent extensive flooding that had disrupted traffic flow along this vital route. Despite the full reopening, motorists were advised to exercise caution, particularly on contraflow sections like Dukuh Kedung Banteng in Wonorejo Village, Karanganyar Sub-district, Demak. Lingering water puddles and mud along the road edges require careful navigation, as reported by antaranews.com Repair works have been underway at various points, notably at kilometer 45 of the Demak-Kudus Road in Karanganyar Village. The recent closure resulted from a breach in the left embankment of the Wulan River in Ketanjung Village, Karanganyar Sub-district, Demak, on 17 March  2024. (mg/inp/pr/nm)
