Daniel explains that the simulations portray many possible threat scenarios during the election process.

“What we have seen is a series of situations that have the potential to cause disturbances in the society during the long stages of the Election," said Daniel.

Daniel says several potential threats that may occur are terrorism incidents and hostage-taking, all of which are predicted as potential disruptions during the regional elections.

The simulation also demonstrates how prepared the East Nusa Tenggara Regional Police is in facing the escalation in the election.

On the other hand, Daniel also highlights the importance of collaboration between the police, military, and regional government in maintaining the security situation.

This simulation is expected to ensure the security and smoothness of all stages of the 2024 Regional Head Election in the East Nusa Tenggara region.
