Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Head of Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) Rahmat Bagja says that the election organizers must follow the final decision of the Constitutional Court (MK). He assures that his party is ready to execute the Constitutional Court decision on the Presidential Election Result Dispute.

“We are ready, we have to be ready. As the election organizers, when we were tasked by the law and Constitutional Court, then we will have to execute those responsibilities,” said Rahmat quoted from Antara on Sunday (4/21/2024).

He then reaffirmed that his institution is ready to supervise the Repeat Election (PSU) if the Constitutional Court deem so.

“We are ready to supervise all the election process,” said Rahmat.

It is worth noting that the decision of the Constitutional Court on the Presidential Election Result Dispute will be announced on Monday (4/22/2024). All parties involved in the case will attend the trial to hear the announcement.
