inp.polri.go.id - The Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief, General Listyo Sigit PRabowo was given the title of Commander of the Gallant Police Force (PGPP) from the Kingdom of Malaysia. The award was presented directly by the King of Malaysia His Majesty Agong XVII Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Sultan Iskandar.
“I am honored and grateful for the title of Commander of the Gallant Police Force given to me by His Majesty Agong XVII Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Sultan Iskandar at the State Palace of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia," said General Sigit on his official Instagram account, Wednesday (10/30/2024).
The title given to General Sigit was an appreciation for his strong commitment in maintaining security situation while also to strengthen the relationship between INP and Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM).
“I pray that this prestigious title award can motivate all personnel to boost their work in realizing a more Precise INP,” said General Sigit.
It is worth noting that there are several former INP Chiefs that have received the same title. They are General (ret.) Dibyo Widodo, General (ret.) Timur Pradopo, and General (ret.) Tito Karnavian.
